Travel Stipends and Bounties – How To Claim Yours

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks for building with us over these intense weeks—your dedication and hard work have been nothing short of incredible!

Bounty Payouts

If you’ve won one of the sponsored bounties, sponsors will reach out to you in the next few days, so please keep an eye on your inbox for new emails.

Here’s a simple guide to claiming your Native Track and Chain Abstraction track bounties:

  1. Post a funding request with a link to your project here. Choose “Bounty” as your proposal category, add your project’s name to the title, and include your Telegram handle and email address for cross-checking.
  2. If you worked with a team, kindly ask each member to leave a comment on your proposal, confirming that they agree for you to receive the full bounty. Please remember that as the proposal owner, you’ll be responsible for fairly distributing the funds among your team.
  3. Ensure your KYC status is approved, then wait for an Events Committee member to send a funding confirmation and next steps.

To ensure a timely funding approval, please submit your bounty funding request by December 1st.

Travel Stipend Payouts

For those claiming a pre-approved travel stipend, here’s what you need to do:

  1. Locate your initial funding request on the board and verify that it contains a pre-approval comment from an Events Committee member.
  2. Create a public folder with your travel receipts, confirming your attendance at the [REDACTED] conference in person. This should include your airplane tickets, hotel booking, and a screenshot of your [REDACTED] ticket. You may blur out any sensitive details, except for your name and travel dates.
  3. Add a link to the folder as a comment on your initial pre-approved funding request.
  4. Ensure your KYC status is approved, then wait for an Events Committee member to send a funding confirmation and further instructions.

To receive timely approval, please update your travel stipend funding request before November 21st.

Please note that bounty and travel stipend payouts will be processed for KYC-verified hackers within two weeks of their respective deadlines.
