What if I have never ever participated in any near hackathon I participate in this one. Because I am not able to get the travel scholarship, what will happen incase I win?

The travel scholarships are awarded exclusively to developers with a track record of building on NEAR. If you win a bounty, your winnings will be sent to you after completing the necessary steps for compliance.
